You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement. We may ask you to prove your age or close your account if we have reason to believe you don't meet it.
You're responsible for anything that happens under your account. Keep your password and recovery seed phrase private — we cannot recover an account for you without it, since we don't collect email or phone numbers by default.
Don't use ghosted to harass, threaten, or dox anyone; share illegal content, including content that sexually exploits minors in any form; distribute malware or phishing links; impersonate someone else; spam; or attempt to circumvent bans, rate limits, or account restrictions. Staff may remove content, warn, restrict, or ban accounts that break these rules, at their discretion.
You keep ownership of what you post. You're solely responsible for your messages, media, and profile content, and for making sure you have the right to share anything you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
ghosted accepts payment in cryptocurrency only (LTC/BTC/ETH/SOL, depending on what's enabled). All sales are final — see the Refund Policy for details. Virtual goods (Ghosts, Premium, usernames) have no cash value outside the platform and aren't redeemable for real currency. You're responsible for sending the exact amount shown and for any network fees.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
ghosted is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running and your data intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for lost messages, lost virtual goods, or lost access resulting from a lost password/seed phrase.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the changelog. Continuing to use ghosted after a change means you accept the update.
